SBFM in London is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to oversee mobile, multi-site cleaning operations across client sites. The role is field-based and involves regular travel between sites, ensuring high standards and KPI achievement.

The ideal candidate will have a mobile/area supervisory background in facilities management or contract cleaning, Spanish-speaking skills, and a full driving licence. IOSH qualification (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a mobile, area or multi-site supervisory role.
• Experience in facilities management or contract cleaning.
• Spanish-speaking skills essential.
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel between client sites across London.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification, or willingness to complete this with SBFM.

Aufgaben

• Visit and supervise multiple sites across London, ensuring cleaning standards and specifications are met.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction in line with KPIs.
• Line manage, support, induct and train frontline operatives.
• Provide hands-on support to sites, including covering cleaning duties when necessary.
