Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a Field Manager to lead and organise our self-employed installation teams, inspect works and ensure installations meet Anglian's quality standards.

You will monitor multiple teams, support their development, handle customer queries promptly and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, while delivering an excellent service and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement or construction.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline management of installation teams, ensuring timely, quality work.
• Monitor 6-7 installation teams to maintain standards.
• Support teams to develop skills and performance.
• Handle customer installation queries professionally for prompt settlement.
• Ensure installations comply with health & safety standards.
