Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking Field Manager to lead and organise our self-employed installation teams across Norwich and Bar Hill depots, ensuring installations meet quality standards and deliver a first-class customer experience.

You will oversee field operations, inspect works, and support installers to perform at their best while ensuring safety and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of installation processes and best practices.
• Good on-site presence and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking to customers.
• Previous experience of managing self-employed trades plus a strong understanding of H&S practice in the workplace.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the home improvement or construction industry.
• Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence to travel as required within the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, adhering to Anglian standards.
• Monitor 6-7 self-employed installation teams to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Provide support to installation teams to develop their skills and performance.
• Handle customer installation queries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure that installations are completed in line with H&S standards.
