Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a Field Manager to lead our self-employed installation teams across the Stockport/Greater Manchester region. You will be field-based, coordinating installations and ensuring they meet our quality standards and timelines.

The role emphasizes great customer service, on-site presence, and hands-on support to teams. A valid driving licence and previous experience in home improvement or construction are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of installation processes and best practices.
• On-site presence with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable talking to customers.
• Previous experience in a similar role within home improvement or construction.
• Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, adhering to Anglian standards.
• Monitor 6-7 installation teams to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Provide support to installation teams to develop their skills and performance.
• Handle customer installation queries or issues professionally and promptly to enable completion of the job.
• Ensure installations are completed in line with H&S standards.
