Job summary

Anglian is seeking a Field Manager to lead and organise our self-employed installation teams, inspecting works to ensure timely delivery to Anglian quality standards. This field-based role requires strong organisation and travel within the West of England to support installations and customer satisfaction.

You will drive operational standards, support teams, and resolve customer queries to ensure project completion within agreed timescales while maintaining H&S compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of installation processes and best practices.
• Strong on-site presence and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Experience in a similar home improvement/construction role is preferred.
• Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, adhering to Anglian standards.
• Monitor 6-7 installation teams to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Provide support to installation teams to develop their skills and performance.
• Handle customer installation queries or issues professionally to enable prompt settlement upon completion.
• Ensure installations comply with H&S standards.
