Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a Field Manager to lead and organise self-employed installation teams, inspect completed works, and ensure every installation meets Anglian's quality standards.

You will drive a first-class customer experience, support installers to perform at their best, and ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. This role is field-based and requires strong leadership in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of installation processes and best practices.
• Strong on-site presence and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Experience managing self-employed trades and understanding H&S in the workplace.
• Previous experience in home improvement or construction roles.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while adhering to Anglian standards.
• Monitor and support 6-7 self-employed installation teams for timely, quality work.
• Provide guidance to installation teams to develop skills and performance.
• Handle customer installation queries in a professional, timely manner.
• Ensure installations comply with H&S standards and within timescales.
