Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a Field Manager to lead our self-employed installation teams, inspect works, and ensure installations are completed on time and to Anglian's high-quality standards. You will be responsible for on-site leadership, coordinating multiple crews, and delivering a first-class customer experience across the region.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of installation processes and best practices.
• Excellent on-site presence with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a similar home improvement or construction role.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's licence to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, adhering to Anglian standards.
• Monitor 6-7 installation teams to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Provide support to installation teams to develop skills and performance.
• Handle customer installation queries or issues professionally to enable prompt settlement upon completion of the job.
• Ensure that installations are completed in line with H&S standards.
