Job summary

Anglian is seeking a Field Manager to lead and organise self-employed installation teams, inspecting works and ensuring they are completed within timescales and to Anglian's quality standards. The role is field-based, requiring strong organisation and customer-facing skills.

You will monitor multiple installation teams, provide coaching to raise performance, and address customer queries promptly while maintaining H&S compliance. A valid driver’s licence is required for regional travel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of installation processes and best practices.
• Good on-site presence and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a similar role within home improvements or construction.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's licence to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, adhering to Anglian standards.
• Monitor 6-7 installation teams to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Provide support to installation teams to develop their skills and performance.
• Handle customer installation queries or issues professionally and promptly.
• Ensure installations are completed in line with H&S standards.
