Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a Field Manager to lead and organise self-employed installation teams on-site. You will inspect work, ensure timelines and Anglian quality standards are met, and provide first-class service to customers.

The role requires knowledge of installation processes, strong organisational and communication skills, and a valid driving licence to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of installation processes and best practices.
• Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills.
• Experience leading field-based installation teams is preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence for regional travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, adhering to Anglian standards.
• Monitor 6-7 installation teams for timely and quality installations.
• Support installation teams to develop skills and performance.
• Handle customer installation queries professionally to enable prompt settlement.
• Ensure installations meet H&S standards.
