Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Field Service Technician to support deployment, integration, and maintenance of humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities. You will coordinate site activities, supervise a team of Field Operations Associates, and act as the on-site operations lead.

This role requires problem-solving in high-pressure environments, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and a customer-centric approach. Travel to UK/Europe sites and collaboration with engineering teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in industrial automation, robotics, or automotive integration.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and networking knowledge with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Business-fluent English and clear communication.
• Willingness to travel to UK/Europe sites.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Field Operations Associates at customer sites.
• Act as on-shift operational leader ensuring tools, parts and equipment are available.
• Supervise SOPs and document learnings from field issues.
• Test product releases and robot capabilities.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues using logs and field observations, performing maintenance as needed.
• Collect and interpret operational data to evaluate robot performance and drive improvements.
• Track and reproduce software/hardware issues, providing feedback to engineering and product teams.
• Tackle production incidents in cooperation with service and engineering teams.
• Serve as the primary on-shift liaison between the site and Humanoid offices.
