Job summary

Humanoid, based in London, seeks a Head of Solutions Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable robotics solutions and to lead technical discovery, requirements, and deployment planning across UK/EU, US and MENA.

Initially you will be the core individual contributor, visiting sites and developing proposals, while later establishing and leading the global Solutions Engineering function with regional engineers and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Product, Engineering and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar
• Solid understanding of industrial workflows and integrations (WMS, MES, ERP)
• Experience building business cases, ROI models, and deployment cost models
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Deployment
• Willingness to travel to UK/EU, US and MENA

Responsibilities

• Lead customer site visits and assessments to identify high-value use cases.
• Define solution concepts, workflows, layouts, robot configurations and interfaces with customer systems.
• Own the technical content of proposals, statements of work, RFIs/RFPs and due diligence.
• Build and lead the global Solutions Engineering function across regions.
