Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a Field Manager to lead and organise self-employed installation teams, inspect works, and ensure installations meet Anglian quality standards and timelines. The role is field-based with strong focus on customer service and team development.

You will oversee multiple installation teams, ensure compliance with health and safety, and act as the main point of contact for customers to resolve queries promptly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience adhering to Anglian standards.
• Monitor 6-7 installation teams to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Provide support to installation teams to develop skills and performance.
• Handle customer installation queries professionally to enable prompt settlement.
• Ensure installations are completed in line with H&S standards.
