Job summary

Carroll Cleaning is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our field-based Area Manager team across multiple contracts. You will drive service excellence, coach managers, and ensure high standards in client delivery from site to site.

With 2–3 years in senior ops or management in service delivery, you’ll manage budgets, KPIs and client expectations. A UK driving licence is essential, IOSH Safe preferable. We offer a competitive salary and company car.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remote and field-based teams.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and budgets.
• IOSH Managing Safely desirable or willing to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Area Managers with regular feedback.
• Monitor service delivery, audits, KPIs and client feedback to drive improvements.
• Develop strong client relationships and manage escalations and renewals.
• Oversee recruitment, training and progression of Area Managers.
• Support budgeting and financial reporting with commercial accountability.
