The ideal candidate will lead cleaning staff, manage budgets, recruit/train personnel, and liaise with clients to meet their expectations. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel between stores are essential.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Liaise with clients to understand their cleaning requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on cleaning operations and ensure client satisfaction.
