Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Cleaning Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations across stores. You will lead a team, plan, implement standards, and drive continuous improvement to uphold hygiene and customer expectations.

The role requires strong organisation, people leadership, willingness to travel between stores (Full UK Driving License required), and the ability to liaise with clients to meet their cleaning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage cleaning staff to optimise efficiency.

• Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning personnel.
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training for improvement.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies, equipment, and staffing.
