Job summary

Lawrence Cleaning Services is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations across Northampton and surrounding sites. You will lead site teams, build client relationships, and drive service excellence in a fast-growing, family-run business.

This full-time, permanent role offers a basic £36k salary plus performance bonus, a company vehicle with fuel card, and clear opportunities for development within a supportive management team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or area management role (ideally within cleaning, FM, or related sectors).
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with a hands-on approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites.
