Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and cleaners to provide the highest standard of workmanship.
• Support Area Managers to cover sickness and ad hoc cleaning.
• Check site books to ensure documentation is present and chemicals on site are kept correctly.
• Carry out deep cleans as required, including strip and seal, carpet cleaning, high- and low-level cleaning, on own initiative.
