Job summary

Carlisle Support Services seeks an Area Supervisor to lead a team of cleaning operatives across Essex lines. You will manage rostering, training compliance, and performance using formal policies, while partnering with the client to meet service targets and address issues promptly.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. A valid UK driving licence is desirable, and knowledge of PTS is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proactive and efficient in approach.
• PTS (Personal Track Safety)
• Full UK Driving Licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Rostering and staff allocation.
• Manage staff performance using company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all staff have relevant training.
• Oversee station cleaning operations and audits.
• Maintain fleet and equipment; preventative measures with line manager.
• Work with client to achieve outcomes and address complaints.
