Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our Kelso team. The role involves fibre installations and repairs, surveying, testing, and troubleshooting in outdoor environments, with travel outside standard hours as required.

The ideal candidate will have a clean UK driving licence, DBS check, and strong customer-facing skills. Telecoms experience is preferred; training is provided by Circet.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding field work including climbing up to 15m.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• DBS check required.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions and varying weather.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third parties.
• Perform full fibre installations including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to performance improvements.
• Meet Circet’s safety standards and address field risks.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
