Job summary

Circet UK in Chilton (DL17) is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our field team. You will perform full fibre installations, surveying, testing and troubleshooting while delivering high-quality customer service on every visit.

You will work outdoors in a physically demanding role, travel for site visits, and uphold safety standards. A valid UK manual driving licence and right to work in the UK are required; training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work in all weather.
• Valid UK manual driving licence required.
• Basic DBS check required.
• Strong customer-facing communication across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided.
• Good health & safety practices essential.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs.
• Perform full fibre installations including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and risks, ensuring safety compliance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents and clients.
• Attend team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.
