Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our Warrington team. You will organise daily and weekly schedules, perform fibre installations and repairs, and ensure high standards of customer service in the field.

The role is physically demanding, outdoors, with exposure to weather and some travel between sites. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required; training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work, including climbing and heavy lifting in all weather.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence is required.
• Basic DBS check.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across all technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.
• Good understanding of health & safety practices.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule to ensure timely fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role and potentially adverse weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third-party stakeholders.
• Perform full Fibre installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility, evaluate infrastructure conditions, and provide risk assessments.
• Participate in team meetings, provide feedback and collaborate to improve performance and customer experience.
• Adhere to Circet’s safety standards and identify potential risks in the field.
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining relationships.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Skills
