Job summary

Circet UK in Loanhead (EH20) is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to join our field team. You will organise and deliver fibre installations and repairs, often outdoors, in variable weather, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer service.

You will survey sites, conduct tests, troubleshoot faults, and report findings. A valid UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential; telecoms experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work, outdoors, in all weather.
• Full UK driving licence.
• DBS check clearance.
• Good customer communication at all levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; training provided.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule to complete fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions to complete multiple installations daily.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third-party stakeholders.
• Perform full fibre installations, including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility, evaluate infrastructure, and provide risk assessments for safety compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, provide feedback and help improve performance.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address potential field risks.
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
