Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join the Glasgow team. The role involves outdoor, physically demanding fibre installations with surveying, testing and troubleshooting, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

You will work 40 hours per week, with one Saturday in every four, and travel as required. Full UK driving licence and basic DBS check are required, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work including climbing up to 15m and outdoor tasks.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence required.
• Basic DBS check completed or able to obtain.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and complete multiple installations daily.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients, and third parties.
• Perform full fibre installations including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety, providing risk assessments.
