Job summary

TOMRA is seeking a Field Engineer to join our UK team, supporting and maintaining recycling technology at customer sites across London and the South East. This early-career role offers hands-on experience, autonomy, and learning opportunities within a safety-focused environment.

You'll diagnose, repair, and optimise equipment, travel regionally, and work with a collaborative team to deliver excellent customer service while building your technical expertise for a rewarding career in the circular

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in electro-mechanical systems and maintenance.
• Experience with diagnosing and repairing complex equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Install new machines and support roll‑out across the UK.
• Build relationships with customers and site contacts to ensure excellent service.
• Travel within your region with occasional overnight stays.
• Record service activities and machine status using digital systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety standards.
