Job summary

You will diagnose hardware, software and networking issues, deliver AV and meeting room tech support, and maintain documentation aligned with SLAs and processes. UK clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site field engineering support across multiple customer campuses and locations.
• Cover planned and unplanned absences.
• Deliver DSS support and IMAC activities.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Support customer projects, deployments, refreshes, and migrations.
• Provide VIP and VVIP support.
• Support Audio Visual and meeting room technologies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with customer processes and SLAs.
