Job Purpose

The Campus Field Engineer provides flexible on-site technical support across multiple customer locations, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery during planned and unplanned absences. The majority of the customer locations are in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and York. The role also supports project delivery, IT refreshes, migrations, and service improvement initiatives across a diverse customer portfolio. UK SC clearance is required to be obtained and maintained throughout employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site field engineering support across multiple customer campuses and locations.
• Cover planned and unplanned absences.
• Deliver DSS support and IMAC activities.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications

• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience. ITIL Foundation and vendor certifications desirable. Full UK driving licence & suitable vehicle required.
