Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a service-oriented AV/UC Engineer to provide pro-active and reactive maintenance across customer sites in the UK and Europe. The role combines dedicated onsite support for a major client with broader duties maintaining AV/UC systems on customer premises.

You will diagnose faults, test, repair, and implement AV/VC/UC solutions, reading schematics and installing cabling as required. A strong customer service mindset and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Electronics, Audio Visual/Video Conferencing and Unified Communications Systems.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced AV/VC/UC environments.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding and repair of AV/UC Systems at client sites.
• Develop relationships with clients to identify service contract opportunities.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients and contractors on site.
• Provide courteous, comprehensive service for clients.
• Read and interpret electronics schematics and drawings.
• Perform duties including cabling/installation in line with service tickets.
