Job summary

Identify Solutions in London is seeking an IT Field Engineer to join a growing technology consultancy. You will spend four days a week onsite with clients or at the Farringdon office, delivering proactive IT support and building a trusted relationship with customers.

You'll work across Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking and cloud technologies, helping users and acting as a trusted advisor while pursuing ongoing professional development and Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in 2nd Line Support or MSP environments.
• 2nd Line MSP experience with on-site client support.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Exposure to networking technologies and infrastructure support.
• Microsoft certifications or actively pursuing them.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support at client sites and office locations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their IT needs.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and cloud issues.

IT Field Engineer

London | £40,000 - £45,000 | Hybrid (Mon-Thu onsite/client sites, Fri WFH)

We're partnering with a growing technology consultancy looking for an IT Field Engineer to become the trusted face of IT for a portfolio of professional services clients. You'll spend four days a week onsite with clients (typically Z1) or at the Farringdon office, building relationships, solving technical challenges and helping organisations get the most from their technology.

This opportunity would suit an experienced 2nd Line Engineer, particularly from an MSP environment, who's ready to step into a more client-facing role. You'll be working across Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking and cloud technologies, supporting users while becoming a genuine trusted advisor to your customers.
