Identify Solutions is recruiting an IT Field Engineer to be the trusted face of IT for a portfolio of professional services clients. Qualifications

• 2nd Line Support / IT Support Engineer or MSP experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Exposure to networking technologies and infrastructure support.
• Microsoft certifications or active plan to achieve them.
