Appello in the North of England is seeking a SmartTEC Enablement Technician to install and configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and train customer teams. This hands-on field role focuses on delivering high-quality SmartTEC installations and ensuring devices operate reliably across sites.

You will work 35 hours per week, with a 09:00–17:00 pattern, and benefit from a generous package including car allowance and comprehensive perks. The role is UK-based and requires a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in installations, enablement or support roles.
• Strong networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or delivering technical training.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach and passion for technology.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality SmartTEC installations across the UK.
• Provide technical support during installations and troubleshoot issues.
• Configure IP-based systems and networks for devices.
• Coach and train installation teams and share knowledge.
• Maintain accurate technical records and drive continuous improvement.
