Job summary

Medequip Connect in the United Kingdom is seeking a TEC Technician to facilitate the installation of Technology Enabled Care equipment and provide a professional support service aligned with TSA standards.

Your day-to-day will include completing installations, updating client records, reporting faults and maintaining stock, while working with clients, their families and local professionals to promote our services.

Qualifications

Full UK Driving Licence.
Experience in a similar role preferred.
Strong customer service skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

To complete installations, repair, maintenance and collection of Technology Enabled Care (TEC) equipment.
To set-up client equipment and update the client record database.
To report faulty equipment and manage stock/auditing.
To ensure any company vehicle and tools are properly maintained.
To provide information and coaching to individuals in the use of their alarm equipment.
To work with clients, families and professionals such as GPs, nurses and social workers.
To assist the Area Manager with local promotion and community links.
