Job summary

Miller Homes Limited is seeking a Customer Services Technician for our North-East region. You will perform multi-trade remedial tasks in occupied/unoccupied properties, upholding Miller Homes' high standards of customer service and acting as the face of our field Customer Service team.

The role requires a multi-skilled tradesperson with knowledge of joinery, bricklaying, plaster patching, painting and decorating, and a strong commitment to safe, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with another housebuilder.
• Multi-skilled with knowledge of joinery, bricklaying, plaster patching, painting and decorating.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to build professional relationships with different disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out work diligently and safely in line with the SH&E Management System.
• Liaise with Central Office Hub to provide status reports on tasks.
• Maintain smart appearance and wear appropriate protective footwear.
• Obtain signed satisfaction/completion notifications from customers.
