Job summary

Miller Homes Ltd. in Scotland West, Glasgow, is recruiting a Customer Services Technician to carry out remedial tasks in occupied/unoccupied properties, safely and professionally.

You will be the face of Miller Homes Customer Service in the field and uphold our values of excellent service. In this role you will liaise with our Central Office Hub, report progress, and maintain a smart appearance with appropriate PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Able to paint/decorate and tape.
• Courteous, efficient customer service at all times.
• Able to liaise with different disciplines to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out work diligently and safely in line with SH&E Management System.
• Liaise with Central Office Hub to provide status reports.
• Remain smart in appearance with appropriate footwear/protection.
• Obtain signed customer completion notifications where possible.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Technician to join our team in the Scotland West region. The role will see you carry out remedial tasks in occupied/unoccupied properties in a safe, resourceful and workmanlike manner, and uphold the core values of the Miller Homes business in relation to the much-coveted excellent levels of Customer Service we deliver being ‘the face’ of Miller Homes Customer Service in the field.

Customer Services Technician Responsibilities

• Carry out work diligently and safely in line with the company SH&E Management System
• To liaise directly with the Central Office Hub to provide status reports of on-going and completed tasks
• Always be of smart appearance and ensuring having the relevant footwear, and protection to the same, appropriate to the task assigned to, prior to entering and working in occupied properties
• To obtain signed satisfaction/completion notifications from our customers following completion of remedial tasks, where possible.

Customer Services Technician Requirements

• Experience in a similar role
• Be able to paint / decorate and tape.
• To offer courteous, exemplary and efficient customer service at all times
• Able to form strong professional relationships and liaise regularly with different disciplines within the business to assist you achieve your daily goals
