Job summary

Miller Homes in Derby, Derbyshire, is recruiting a Customer Services Technician to carry out multi-trade remedial work in occupied and unoccupied properties in the East Midlands.

You will work safely under SH&E guidelines, liaise with the Central Office Hub for progress updates, and ensure customers are satisfied with the service. The role offers a competitive salary, 26 days leave plus birthday off, a 10% bonus potential, and a company van.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with another housebuilder.
• Multi-skilled with knowledge of joinery, bricklaying, plaster patching, painting and decorating.
• Excellent customer service at all times.
• Ability to liaise with different disciplines within the business.

Responsibilities

• Carry out work diligently and safely in line with the SH&E Management System.
• Liaise with the Central Office Hub to provide status reports of on-going and completed tasks.
• Maintain smart appearance and wear appropriate PPE when entering occupied properties.
• Obtain signed satisfaction/completion notifications from customers after work is completed.
