Job summary

Miller Homes Limited in East Midlands is seeking a Customer Services Technician to carry out multi-trade remedial tasks in occupied/unoccupied properties, upholding Miller Homes' commitment to excellent customer service.

You will work in the Derby area, applying joinery, bricklaying, plaster patching, painting and decorating skills while liaising with the Central Office and ensuring safety and smart appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with another housebuilder.
• Multi-skilled with trades knowledge in joinery, bricklaying, plaster patching, painting and decorating.
• Courteous, exemplary and efficient customer service at all times.
• Able to liaise with different disciplines to achieve daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out work diligently and safely in line with the SH&E Management System.
• Liaise with the Central Office Hub to provide status reports of tasks.
• Maintain smart appearance and wear appropriate PPE before entering properties.
• Obtain signed satisfaction/completion notifications from customers where possible.
