Job summary

Orbit Credit Services is seeking a Field Collections Agent in Sheffield to visit customers at home and negotiate sustainable repayment options. You will work independently, addressing outstanding balances with empathy and practical problem-solving, coordinating with client services as needed.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and comfort with using technology in the field. A comprehensive induction and bonus scheme accompany base pay.

Qualifications

• Clear criminal record and no recent CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies.
• Full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points.
• Access to your own vehicle and comfortable using tech in the field.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at home to discuss arrears and payment options.
• Manage regulated and non-regulated accounts and arrange plans.
• Process payments and update outcomes in real time on an iPad.
• Explain consequences of non-payment and reconnect to client services.
