Orbit Credit Services is seeking a Field Collections Agent in the Crawley area to visit customers at their homes and help address outstanding balances. You will work independently, discussing arrears, offering sustainable payment options, and documenting outcomes using an Orbit-issued iPad.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and excellent communication skills. A 40-hour week and field-based schedule provide autonomy and diverse daily engagement.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with up to six penalty points or fewer.
• Ability to work independently in outdoor field settings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to discuss outstanding arrears and payment options.
• Manage both regulated and non-regulated accounts.
• Process payments and arrange suitable repayment plans.
• Reconnect customers with relevant client services and support.
• Update account outcomes in real time using an Orbit-issued iPad.
