Orbit Credit Services in Lancaster is hiring a Field Collections Agent to visit customers at their homes and help resolve outstanding balances. You will assess options, set up repayment plans, and coordinate with client services to support customers in a respectful, compliant manner.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with a flexible 40-hour week including 8:00–20:00 shifts. A comprehensive induction and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to discuss arrears and available payment options.
• Manage both regulated and non-regulated accounts.
• Process payments and arrange suitable repayment plans.
• Reconnect customers with relevant client services and support.
• Explain consequences of continued non-payment and update outcomes in real time.
