Job summary

Orbit Credit Services is seeking a Field Collections Agent in Crawley. You will visit customers at home to discuss arrears and help establish sustainable repayment options, while supporting customers with appropriate client services. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication and problem solving.

The position offers a 40-hour week with 8:00–20:00 shifts Mon–Fri, a car allowance, and an uncapped bonus scheme. Training includes a four-week induction and access to health and welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Comfortable using technology and working independently in the field.
• Empathy, communication and problem-solving skills essential for customer-focused visits.
• Ability to work independently outdoors visiting customers at home.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to discuss arrears and payment options.
• Manage both regulated and non-regulated accounts.
• Process payments and arrange suitable repayment plans.
• Reconnect customers with relevant client services and support.
• Explain potential consequences of continued non-payment.
• Update account outcomes in real time using Orbit-issued iPad.
