Orbit is seeking a Field Collections Agent in Gloucester to visit customers at home and help resolve outstanding balances. You will work independently, travel from home, and operate in a regulated environment with support from client services. A driving licence and vehicle are essential.

The role offers a 40-hour week, with shifts from 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, and an option to condense into a 4-day week. Benefits include 31 days holiday, fuel card, and uncapped monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Clear criminal record
• No CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies in the last six years
• Full UK driving licence with up to six penalty points
• Access to own vehicle
• Comfortable using technology and working in the field

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to discuss arrears and payment options
• Manage both regulated and non-regulated accounts
• Process payments and arrange repayment plans
• Reconnect customers with client services and support
• Explain consequences of continued non-payment
• Update account outcomes using Orbit iPad
