Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, is seeking a Field Collections Agent in Cardiff. You will visit customers at home to address balances and propose sustainable repayment plans, working independently with empathy and strong communication skills.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Flexible 40-hour weeks with options for a 4-day week and travel within the visiting radius are offered, plus a car allowance and uncapped monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
• Enjoy working independently, outdoors, and meeting people face-to-face.

Responsabilités

• Visit customers to discuss outstanding arrears and available payment options.
• Manage both regulated and non-regulated accounts.
• Process payments and arrange suitable repayment plans.
• Reconnect customers with relevant client services and support.
• Explain the potential consequences of continued non-payment.
• Update account outcomes in real time using an Orbit-issued iPad.
