The role requires independence, empathy, and strong communication to support customers and protect client interests.

The position offers a 40-hour week, a 8:00am–8:00pm shift window, and potential 4-day week permutations, with a comprehensive benefits package and uncapped monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Requires full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Field-based role traveling to customers.
• Comfortable using technology and working in the field.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to discuss arrears and payment options.
• Manage both regulated and non-regulated accounts.
• Process payments and arrange repayment plans.
• Reconnect customers with relevant client services and support.
• Explain consequences of continued non-payment.
