Job summary

Orbit Credit Services is hiring a Field Collections Agent to visit customers at their homes across Swansea, offering empathetic guidance and practical repayment options. You will handle arrears, discuss plans, and re-engage clients with services using a company iPad for real-time updates.

The role supports a 40-hour week with flexible shifts, 8am–8pm, Monday–Friday. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, enjoy independent outdoor work, and possess strong

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to travel to customers’ homes within Swansea area.
• Comfortable working independently outdoors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to resolve arrears and discuss payment options.
• Handle accounts for regulated and non-regulated clients, including reconnection visits.
• Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re-engage customers with client services.
• Educate customers about consequences of non-payment and available options.
• Update account outcomes in real time using Orbit-supplied iPad.

You’ll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.Your key responsibilities:Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment optionsHandle accounts for both regulated and non-regulated clients.
