Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to cover Christchurch/Bournemouth, coordinating care plans and supervising care teams in the community. You will assess client needs, monitor safety, and provide support to staff to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include supervisory experience in social care, a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and the ability to work 24 hours per week, including on-call shifts. Open day details are provided in the advert.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• Well-organised, self-motivated approach.
• Availability to work 24 hours per week, including on-call duties.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld.

Working days required: Monday, Thursday and Friday

You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
