Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Bristol who will support clients and care teams out in the community. You will conduct care assessments, monitor client wellbeing, and supervise staff to maintain high-quality care.

You’ll work across multiple locations, visiting clients and ensuring teams stay confident and compliant with safeguarding standards. This role involves on-call duties and weekend work as part of the rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at supervisor level.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Able to commit to 40 hours per week, including on-call duties.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In This Role, You Will

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld

You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
