Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead community-based care teams in New Milton/Southampton. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centered care and supporting clients in the community.

You will supervise care staff, conduct assessments, and monitor client wellbeing, ensuring safeguarding and safety standards are met. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with some on-call weekend duties.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You will spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In this role, you will:

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld

You will also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
