Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in New Milton/Southampton to lead care teams in the community. You will assess needs, supervise staff, and ensure clients feel safe and valued. The role includes on-call duties and weekend work as part of a 40-hour week.

You should have supervisory experience in social care, be well-organised, and hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. Right to work in the UK must have substantial remaining time.

What we are looking for

• You’ll be someone who enjoys connecting with people and supporting others to do their best work.
• Experience in social care at a supervisory level
• A well-organised, self-motivated approach
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
