Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Christchurch/Bournemouth to support clients and care teams in the community. You’ll spend time visiting clients, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality care.

The role requires 24 hours per week, on-call duties, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed, and training up to QCF Level 5 is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• Well-organised, self-motivated approach.
• Availability to work 24 hours per week, including on-call duties.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld.
• Working days required: Monday, Thursday and Friday.
• You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor
