Agincare Weymouth is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor in Eastbourne who thrives on supporting clients and care teams in the community. You will visit clients, check in with staff, and ensure high-quality, safe care delivery.

The role requires supervisory experience in social care, strong organisational skills, availability for 24 hours per week including on-call shifts, and a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In this role, you will:
