Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in New Milton/Southampton who will spend time out in the community visiting clients and supporting care teams. You’ll ensure high-quality care, monitor wellbeing, and provide regular supervision to staff. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, with weekend on-call duties possible.

The role offers progression opportunities, mileage allowance, and funded training up to QCF Level 5, along with a company pension scheme.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In this role, you will:
